Indima yoju ku-Ayurveda

Emithi yasendulo yamaNdiya, uju lubhekwa njengenye yezindlela zokwelapha eziphumelela kakhulu, ezinoshukela. Inezindawo zokuphulukisa, egcwele amavithamini namaminerali, ama-enzyme nama-antioxidants, ushukela kanye nama-amino acid athile. Makshikam. Isetshenziselwa izinkinga zamehlo, i-hepatitis, isifuba somoya, isifo sofuba kanye nomkhuhlane.

I-Braaram (bhraaram). Isetshenziselwa ukuhlanza igazi.

Kshoudram. Isetshenziswa ekwelapheni isifo sikashukela.

I-Pauthikam. Isetshenziselwa isifo sikashukela, kanye nezifo ze-genitourinary.

I-Chatram (Chatram). Isetshenziselwa ukuhlasela kwe-helminthic, isifo sikashukela nokuhlanza ngegazi.

I-Aardhyam (Aardhyam). Isetshenziselwa izinkinga zamehlo, umkhuhlane kanye ne-anemia

Ouddalakam. Isetshenziselwa ubuthi nochoko.

Daalam (Daalam). Ivuselela ukugaya futhi inqunyelwe umkhuhlane, ukuhlanza kanye nesifo sikashukela.

Izindlela zokuphepha ezibaluleke kakhulu okufanele uzicabangele uma usebenzisa uju ekudleni kwakho nangezinjongo zokwelapha:

Ingxube yoju ne-pepper emnyama yomhlabathi kanye nejusi ye-ginger ngokulingana okulinganayo kathathu ngosuku ikhulula izimpawu ze-asthma.
