Unyaka nonyaka izinso zethu zisefa igazi, zikhiphe usawoti, ubuthi nezinye izinto eziyingozi emizimbeni yethu. Ngokuhamba kwesikhathi, usawoti ufakwa ezinso, okumele zilahlwe. Kodwa kanjani? Kulula kakhulu. Thatha isixha sikaparsley noma i-cilantro (amaqabunga e-coriander) bese uyigeza ngamanzi. Bese usike ube yizicucu ezincane bese ufaka endishini. Gcwalisa ngamanzi entwasahlobo bese ubilisa imizuzu eyishumi. Vumela umhluzi uphole, bese uhlunga futhi ubeke esiqandisini. Phuza ingilazi eyodwa ngosuku lwe-decoction futhi uzobona ukuthi wonke usawoti kanye nezinye izinto ezinobuthi eziqoqiwe ziphuma ezinso zakho ngesikhathi sokuchama.
