Okufanele ngikwenze:
Hlanganisa zonke izithako ze-sauce bese ushaya nge-mixer.
Sika isiqu se-celery, i-melon pulp, i-grapefruit ngokungahleliwe, kodwa hhayi kahle. Sika i-salmon ibe yizicucu. Beka izithako zesaladi ngezingqimba esitsheni bese uthele phezu kwe-sauce.

- ¼ clove kagalikhi
- 1 isipuni se-cayenne pepper
- 1 Ubuciko. l. ijusi kalamula
- 1 ingcosana kasawoti wasolwandle
Okufanele ngikwenze:
Bilisa ama-chickpeas nosawoti.
Punch kuzo zonke izithako zokugqoka nge-blender.
Fake usike u-anyanisi neklabishi.
Thela okokugqoka ngaphansi kwesitsha, phinda ezinye izithako zibe izendlalelo.

Hlanganisa zonke izithako zokugqoka ku-blender bese uthele esitsheni.
Sika umango kanye nopelepele bensimbi ube yimichilo bese ufaka esitsheni esinezithako ezisele.
