- 2 ½ izinkomishi ama-raspberries noma ama-cranberries
- I-1 banana
- 2 ½ izinkomishi yogurt ephansi enamafutha
- ½ inkomishi yamanzi abandayo
- 1 tsp uju ketshezi
Okufanele ngikwenze:
Hlanza ubhanana, usike futhi usibeke engilazini ye-blender kanye nezinye izithako. Beat kuze bushelelezi uthele izibuko. Vumela ukupholisa kancane esiqandisini ngaphambi kokukhonza.

- 1 amahora. L. vanilla ushukela
