Isaladi namakhowe Ryzhik

• Amaqanda ama-2 abilisiwe, apholile, acwebe futhi anqunywe ama-cubes aphakathi.

• Ithini elingu-1 lommbila kulula ukulivula futhi lifakwe ku-colander ukuze wonke ama-marinade abaleke.

• I-300 g yamakhowe ahlanjululwe, omisiwe futhi asikwe njengamaqanda.

• Faka amakhowe asikiwe epanini lokuthosa elishisayo (ngenani elincane lamafutha) futhi gazinga ngesivalo esivaliwe cishe ingxenye yesine yehora. Amakhowe othosiwe kufanele abe namanzi futhi amnandi. Uma amakhowe eba namafutha kakhulu ngemuva kokuthosa, khona-ke adinga ukubekwa kuma-napkins noma ithawula lephepha imizuzu engu-5-7.

• Sika u-anyanisi ophakathi nendawo ube ama-cubes amancane bese uwuthosa uze ukhanye emafutheni amakhowe.

• Grate izaqathi ezinkulu ezi-2 bese ufaka u-anyanisi obala.

• Hlanganisa isanqante-anyanisi mass futhi gazinga imizuzu 5-10, uvuselela ngezikhathi ezithile.

• Ngemuva kwezaqathe ezithosiwe no-anyanisi, faka endishini yesaladi bese ufaka amakhowe, amaqanda kanye nommbila.

• Hlanganisa konke, bese ufaka usawoti kanye nopelepele nemayonnaise (iyogathi yakudala) ukunambitha.

• Isaladi esilungile ngamakhowe "Ryzhik", ngaphandle kokupholisa, sikhonza etafuleni.
