  • Yiba khona ukudla i-vitamin B12 eyanele. I vegans ingathola i-vitamin B12 ngaphakathi nemvubelo iqiniswe nge-B12 (Inkanyezi Ebomvu, iLyfe), iziphuzo zesoya eziqinile, iziphuzo zerayisi eziqinisiwe kanye nenyama yokulingisa (ngokuvamile esekelwe kuphrotheni yesoya).
  • Imithombo engcono kakhulu ye-vitamin B12:

    i-offal (inyama yenkomo, ingulube, i-veal, isibindi senkukhu, izinso, ubuchopho, njll.);

    - inyama, inkukhu, inhlanzi kanye nezilwane zasolwandle;

    – amaqanda nemikhiqizo yobisi.
