Izimpawu ze-periostitis

Izimbangela ze-periostitis
I-Periostitis yakudala ivela njengomphumela wokudonswa ngokweqile kwemisipha efakwe kulwelwesi lwe-tibial periosteum. Kunezimbangela ezimbili ezinkulu:

- Icing indawo ebuhlungu. Ngezinhloso ezilwa nokuvuvukala nezinhlungu, futhi okungenani imizuzu engama-30.
- Ukubhucungwa kwezingxenye zemisipha okunenkontileka. Ngaphandle kobukhona be-hematoma.
- Ukwelula okulula.
- Ukubopha i-contensif.
- Ukugqoka ama-Orthotic.
