I-CRANBERRY PUNCH

- 100 g ama-cranberries

- 100 ml ujusi we-cranberry

ijusi yewolintshi - 500 ml

- 500 ml ijusi ye-apula

- ijusi ye-lime engu-1

- izingcezu zewolintshi kanye ne-lime

- ingcosana ye-nutmeg 

Hlanganisa i-cranberry, i-orange, i-lime kanye nejusi ye-apula, ukushisa phezu komlilo, ungalethi ngamathumba.

Beka ama-cranberry, izingcezu ezimbalwa zezithelo ezisawolintshi phansi engilazini. Thela ijusi elifudumele.

TIBETAN TIYE

– 0,5 amalitha amanzi

- 10 izingcezu. Izimbali ze-carnation

- 10 izingcezu. i-cardamom pods

- 2 tsp. itiye eluhlaza

– 1 tsp itiye elimnyama

 - 1 isipuni Jasmine

- 0,5 l ubisi

– impande yeginja engu-4 cm

- 0,5 tsp. i-nutmeg 

Thela amanzi epanini bese ubilisa. Faka ama-clove, i-cardamom nezipuni ezi-2 zetiye eliluhlaza. Phinda ubilise futhi uthele ubisi, itiye elimnyama, ujinja ogayiwe futhi ubilise futhi. Beka i-nutmeg bese ubilisa imizuzu emi-5. Ngemuva kwalokho, sigcizelela imizuzu emi-5, sihlunga bese sikhonza. 

CHAI MASALA

– 2 izinkomishi zamanzi

– 1 inkomishi yobisi

- 4 tbsp. l. itiye elimnyama

- i-sweetener

– 2 amabhokisi cardamom

– 2 umbila omnyama

- 1 inkanyezi ye-anise

- 2 ama-carnation inflorescence

- 0,5 tsp imbewu ye-fennel

– 1 tsp ijinja egayiwe

- ingcosana ye-nutmeg egayiwe 

Gaya izinongo uhlanganise. Letha itiye, amanzi nobisi ekubiliseni esitsheni esisodwa. Vala ukushisa bese wengeza ingxube yezinongo. Vumela ukuthi unikeze imizuzu engu-10-15. Siyahlunga futhi siphake.
