Ulungiselela i-Easter vegan

 

Amaqanda ama-Easter kashokoledi nebhotela lamantongomane 

 

– 3/4 indebe yemvelo yamakinati ibhotela engenashukela

— 2 st. l. amafutha kakhukhunathi

- 1 tsp i-vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp uketshezi lwe-stevia 

- 1 inkomishi kashokoledi chips (okungcono ushokoledi ngaphandle koshukela owengeziwe)

— 2 st. l. amafutha kakhukhunathi 

1. Ncibilikisa ukhukhunathi nebhotela lamantongomane, bese uxuba kahle. 2. Hlanganisa i-vanilla extract ne-stevia. 3. Thela ingxube esikhunjeni esimise okweqanda bese ufaka efrijini ihora. 4. Khipha esikhunjeni, usakaze ephepheni lesikhumba. 5. Ukugqoka, ncibilikisa amafutha kakhukhunathi nama-chips kashokoledi, gxuma kuze kube bushelelezi. 6. Thela ingxube ephumela ekubunjweni kuze kube yisigamu. 7. Manje cwilisa amaqanda ebhotela lamantongomane eqandisiwe kushokoledi aze awavale ngokuphelele.

8. Faka esiqandisini, ulinde kuze kube lukhuni.

I-Tofu Easter nge-Raisins kanye ne-Candied Zest 

- 200 ml ukhilimu wemifino (noma ubisi lwesoya, kuye ngokuvumelana okufunayo)

- 300 g ubhontshisi ukhilimu / tofu

- 3 tbsp. l. imajarini yemifino / ukusabalalisa

- 2 tbsp. l. nezinkezo zikamoba

- 100 g ama-alimondi, athosiwe futhi aqotshwe

- I-100g ye-candied zest noma izithelo zikaswidi

- 50 gr omisiwe omisiwe

– ikhasi eligayiwe lewolintshi elingu-1

- 3 tbsp. l. ijusi kalamula

- 2 amathisipuni ushukela vanilla

 

1. Phakamisa i-curd kabhontshisi/i-tofu, ukhilimu nebhotela kuze kube bushelelezi.

2. Faka izithako ezisele bese uxuba kahle

Kulesi sinyathelo, kubalulekile ukulungisa ukunambitheka: I-Easter kufanele ibe mnandi ngokulinganisela futhi ngesikhathi esifanayo ibe nomuncu. 2. Vala isihlungo nge-gauze bese ubeka isisindo

3. Faka isisefo phezu kwesitsha esijulile, umboze ngesembozo bese ubeka esiqandisini ubusuku bonke 4. Ngosuku olulandelayo, susa i-Easter kusihlungo, susa i-cheesecloth bese ubeka isidlo.

5. Hlobisa ngezithelo zikaswidi namagilebhisi omisiwe.

Ikhekhe le-carrot ye-Vegan 

 

– 1 isanqante esikhulu

- Ikhulu lesi-5 l. usiraphu we-maple

- 2/3 st. soy noma ubisi lukakhukhunathi

– 2,5 izinkomishi zikafulawa

- 20 g imvubelo entsha

– ingcosana kasawoti

- 2 amathisipuni ekhipha i-vanilla noma 1 imbewu ye-vanilla

- 4 tbsp. wezipuni amafutha yemifino noma kakhukhunathi  

- 220 g ushukela oluyimpuphu

- 2 tbsp ijusi yewolintshi / lemon

1. Bilisa izaqathe imizuzu engu-20-25, ikhasi, uthathe izingcezu kanye ne-puree ku-blender.

2. Nciphisa imvubelo obisini olufudumele

3. Faka isiraphu ye-maple, i-vanilla extract, ubisi lwemvubelo endishini yokuxuba bese uhlanganise kahle.

4. Faka i-carrot puree kule ngxube bese uxova inhlama, kancane kancane wengeze ufulawa

5. Faka amafutha nosawoti ekugcineni

6. Gcoba kahle inhlama kuze kube bushelelezi, uyibeke endishini, umboze ngefilimu yokudla bese ubeka endaweni efudumele amahora angu-1-1.5.

7. Faka amafomu ngesikhumba bese usakaza inhlama kuwo; vala ithawula bese ubeka futhi ukuze uqinisekise imizuzu engama-30-40 (inhlama kufanele iphindwe kabili ngosayizi)

8. Bhaka amaqebelengwane e-Easter kuhhavini elushisayo ngaphambi kuka-180C imizuzu engu-30-35.

9. Mboza amaqebelengwane e-Easter apholile nge-icing.
