Yini okufanele uyikhumbule lapho ukhetha i-kiwi
 

I-Kiwi ingenye yezithelo ezinempilo kunazo zonke emhlabeni. Lesi sithelo siqukethe inani elikhulu likavithamini C, ngaphezu kwalokho, ukusetshenziswa kwe-kiwi kusiza ukuqeda ama-nitrate kanye ne-cholesterol eyengeziwe emzimbeni.
