Amawolintshi Avikela Iphuli Yethu Yofuzo

Uvithamini C kanye nama-bioflavonoid atholakala kumawolintshi avikela isidoda ekulimaleni kofuzo okungadala ukukhubazeka kokuzalwa enzalweni.

Inhlanganisela yamazinga aphezulu e-antioxidant (uvithamini C) kanye nama-flavonoid kumawolintshi kwenza kube esinye sezithelo ezinhle kakhulu.

I-Atherossteosis. Ukudla njalo kwe-vitamin C kuvimbela ukuqina kwemithambo.

Ukuvimbela umdlavuza. Inhlanganisela etholakala kumawolintshi ebizwa ngokuthi i-liminoid isiza ukulwa nomdlavuza womlomo, wesikhumba, wamaphaphu, webele, wesisu nowamathumbu. Izifo zenhliziyo. Ukudla okuphezulu kwama-flavonoid kanye novithamini C kwaziwa ukunciphisa ngesigamu ingozi yesifo senhliziyo.

Umfutho wegazi ophezulu. Ucwaningo luye lwabonisa ukuthi i-flavonoid hesperidin etholakala kumawolintshi ingasiza ekwehliseni umfutho wegazi ophakeme.

Amasosha omzimba. I-Vitamin C ivuselela amangqamuzana amhlophe egazi alwa nezifo, iqinisa amasosha omzimba.

Isikhumba. Ama-antioxidants atholakala kumawolintshi avikela isikhumba kuma-radicals mahhala angabangela izimpawu zokuguga.

Izilonda zesisu. Ukudla ukudla okunothe ngovithamini C kusiza ukunciphisa ingozi yokuba nezilonda ze-peptic futhi, kunciphisa ingozi yokuba nomdlavuza wesisu.

Ukutheleleka ngegciwane. Amawolintshi anothile ngama-polyphenols, ahlinzeka ngokuvikeleka ezifweni ezibangelwa amagciwane.
