Ikhabe: indlela yokupheka nokulungisa

Ukuze unambithe ngohlobo olunoshukela noma olunambithekayo, ikhabe lihlinzeka ngamavithamini namaminerali kuyilapho liphansi kakhulu ngamakhalori. Kumelwe ube nakho okuqabulayo kuwo wonke umndeni!

Inhlanganisela ehlukene yemilingo yekhabe

Icebile kakhulu nge-beta-carotene (uvithamini A), isivikeli esinamandla esinikeza ukukhanya okunempilo futhi esiza ekulungiseleleni isikhumba ukushukwa. Ikhabe liqukethe uvithamini B9 (folate) kanye ne-potassium, i-diuretic ally yokuthuthukisa umphumela wokuqeda ubuthi.
