Ubisi nge-turmeric.
Inkomishi engu-1 efudumele yobisi olunamanzi, engeza i-1/2 tsp. i-turmeric ne-1/2 tsp. uju. Thela ku-thermos bese uyivumela ukuthi yenze imizuzu engama-30. Phuza uhhafu wengilazi ekuseni ngemuva kokuthuthumela.

Dinner
Isaladi lobhontshisi oluhlaza;
Ucezu lwenkomo engenamafutha ethosiwe ngaphandle kukawoyela (100 g);
1 isanqante, isongwe noma ibilisiwe, ngosawoti;
I-apula elibhakabhaka elinesinamoni elingenashukela.

- 200 g ubhontshisi oluhlaza (iqhwa)
- I-1 orange
- 1 Ubuciko. l. Amafutha e-Olive
- 20 g wembewu yamathanga
Pheka ubhontshisi emanzini anosawoti kuze kube yi-dente. Sika ½ orange zibe izingcezu ezincane. Cindezela ijusi kusuka kolunye uhhafu wewolintshi bese ulixuba namafutha omnqumo. Isizini ubhontshisi, engeza iwolintshi eliqoshiwe bese ufafaza imbewu.

1 iyogathi yemvelo enamafutha amancane;
Qamba kusuka kunoma yisiphi isithelo noma amajikijolo.
Ebusuku
1 inkomishi ye-clove netiye yezinkanyezi. Lesi siphuzo sikhipha ubuthi futhi sisheshisa imetabolism.

Thela ama-250 ml wamanzi abilayo phezu kwetiye nezinongo bese ukuvumela ukuthi kupheke imizuzu emihlanu.
