• Zama ukusika izinhlanzi zokuthosa zibe izicucu kuze kufike kumasentimitha ama-3;

Ungakwazi njalo ukukhonza namakhukhamba ezinhlanzi kanye notamatisi, kokubili okusha nosawoti, eminye imifino eqoshiwe, iklabishi nganoma yiluphi uhlobo, i-vinaigrette.

Inhlanzi ngenhlama

I-Marinade: khama ijusi yelamula elincane libe yisipuni samafutha kabhekilanga, engeza iparsley, usawoti, upelepele omnyama ukunambitha futhi ugovuze kahle.

Sika i-fish fillet (200 amagremu) ibe yizicucu ezincane, ufafaze i-marinade, shiya ihora elilodwa kuya kwamabili. Kusuka emanzini (60 g), ufulawa (80 g), amafutha we-sunflower (isipuni esingu-1) nosawoti ukunambitha, lungisa inhlama, engeza abamhlophe abaphehliwe amaqanda amathathu kuwo. Gcoba izingcezu zezinhlanzi enhlama bese gazinga epanini elishisiwe ngenani elikhulu lamafutha.
