Ukungezwani nokudla kanye nokungabekezelelani kwabadla imifino

Abanye abantu abakwaliwa ukudla okuthile. Uma ziwadla, isimiso somzimba sokuzivikela ezifweni sisabela ngendlela ethile, engabangela ukungakhululeki okuncane noma okusongela ukuphila. Abantu abaningi abakwazi ukubekezelela ukudla okuthile. Bangase babe nezimpawu zokungezwani komzimba ezingemnandi, kodwa ngokuvamile bayakwazi ukudla amanani amancane anoma yikuphi ukudla ngaphandle kokusabela okunamandla.

gluten

I-Gluten itholakala ukolweni, i-rye nebhali, kanti abanye abantu basabela kuma-oats. Abadla imifino abagwema i-gluten kufanele badle okusanhlamvu okungenayo i-gluten okufana nommbila, amabele, irayisi, i-quinoa, ne-buckwheat. I-Popcorn nokudla okuningi kwemifino okugayiwe okufana nama-hamburger namasoseji kuqukethe i-gluten. Amalebula okudla kumele aqukathe ulwazi mayelana nokuqukethwe kwe-gluten emkhiqizweni.

amaqanda

Ukungezwani komzimba namaqanda kuvamile ezinganeni, kodwa izingane eziningi ezingezwani namaqanda ziyawadlula. Konke ukudla okupakishiwe kufanele kubhalwe ngolwazi mayelana nokuqukethwe kwamaqanda. Amaqanda awumthombo omuhle wamaprotheni, kodwa kunezinye izindlela eziningi ezisekelwe ezitshalweni.

Amantongomane nembewu

Abantu abaningi abangezwani namantongomane basabela kumakinati, ama-alimondi, ama-cashews, ama-hazelnuts, ama-walnuts, nama-pecans. Abantu abangezwani namakinati ngokuvamile abakwazi ukubekezelela isesame, isithako esiyinhloko ku-tahini.  

Ubisi

Ukungabekezelelani kwe-Lactose kuwukusabela kushukela osebisini futhi kuvame ukuvela ezinganeni ezindala nakubantu abadala. I-allergy yobisi ivame kakhulu ezinganeni, kodwa izingane eziningi ziyakudlula lapho zineminyaka emithathu.

Uma ucabanga ukuthi ingane yakho ingase ingezwani nobisi, khuluma nodokotela wakho noma isivakashi sezempilo ngaphambi kokwenza izinguquko zokudla. Ezinye izindlela zobisi zihlanganisa ubisi lwesoya oluqinile, iyogathi yesoya, noshizi we-vegan.

Am

I-tofu nobisi lwesoya kwenziwa ngobhontshisi wesoya. Abanye abantu abangezwani nesoya abaphenduli emikhiqizweni eyenziwe ngesoya ebilile, njenge tempeh ne-miso. Isoya isetshenziswa kakhulu emikhiqizweni yemifino, ikakhulukazi esikhundleni senyama, ngakho-ke kubalulekile ukufunda izithako kumalebula. Isoya iwumthombo omuhle wamaprotheni emifino, kodwa maningi amanye.
