Ukudla kwakusihlwa ngemizuzu engu-15: ispaghetti esinemifino noshizi

Lapho kunesikhathi esincane sokupheka, kuzosiza iresiphi ye-pasta enoshizi nemifino ephekwe esitsheni esisodwa. Kwanele ukulungisa izithako nokuwapheka. Ngeke ube nesikhathi sokucwayiza, futhi isidlo esimnandi sase-Italiya sizobe sesikulindile! 

Izithako

  • Utamatisi we-Cherry -15 ama-PC.
  • I-Garlic -3 ama-clove
  • I-Chili pepper - 1 pc.
  • Anyanisi - 1 pc.
  • I-Spaghetti - 300 g
  • I-Basil - i-1 bunch
  • Amafutha omnqumo - 4 wezipuni l.
  • Amanzi - 400 ml
  • Ushizi onzima - 30 g
  • Usawoti ukunambitha
  • Upelepele omnyama (umhlabathi) - ukunambitha

Indlela yokulungiselela: 

  1. Lungisa ukudla. Sika utamatisi ngesigamu. Cwecwa igalikhi bese usika i-clove ngayinye ibe izingcezu ezincanyana. Sika i-pepper pod eshisayo ibe yizicucu. Cwecwa u-anyanisi. Sika isithelo ngesigamu. Sika ucezu ngalunye lube izindandatho ezihhafu.
  2. Bese epanini enezinhlangothi ezibanzi ezansi nangaphansi, beka i-spaghetti eluhlaza, uwabeke maphakathi nepani.
  3. Faka u-anyanisi, u-garlic, upelepele oshisayo notamatisi we-cherry kwi-spaghetti. Kungcono ukuhlela imifino ngapha nangapha kwe-pasta.

4. Geza ibasil. Yengeze epanini ngokunye ukudla. Futhi beka eceleni amaqabunga ambalwa wokuqeda isidlo.

6. Thela amanzi abandayo epanini. Khanyisa umlilo. Kuthatha cishe imizuzu eyi-10 yonke into ibile futhi izithako zixubeke kahle.

7. Gcoba ushizi onzima ngqo epanini. Faka amaqabunga e-basil asele, usawoti kanye nopelepele.

8. Linda imizuzu embalwa, i-spaghetti esincanyana sizopheka ngokushesha, obukhulu buzodinga ukulinda isikhashana.
