Ukuxilongwa kwe-orthorexia

- Ingabe uzizwa unecala lapho uphambuka ekudleni kwakho?

– Ingabe uzizwa unokuthula nawe futhi ucabanga ukuthi uyakwazi ukuzilawula kahle lapho udla ukudla okunempilo?

Uma uphendule ngo "yebo" emibuzweni emi-4 noma emi-5 kwemi-10 engenhla, manje uyazi ukuthi kufanele uthathe isimo sokukhululeka kakhudlwana ngokudla kwakho.
