Ayikho indlela ephumelela ngempela yokuvimbela ukuhlaselwa kokukhathazeka, ikakhulukazi njengoba kuvame ukwenzeka ngokungalindelekile.

Kodwa-ke, ukuphatha okufanele, kokubili kwezemithi kanye nokungeyona eyemithi, kungakusiza ufunde ukuphatha ingcindezi futhi uvimbele ukuquleka ukuthi kungabi njalo noma kukhubaze kakhulu. Izindlela eziyisisekelo zokuvimbela

Ukuze unciphise ingozi yokuhlaselwa yizinkathazo, lezi zinyathelo ezilandelayo, ezivame ukusetshenziswa kakhulu, ziwusizo kakhulu:

– Landela ukwelashwa kwakho kahle, futhi ungayeki ukuphuza imithi ngaphandle kokwelulekwa ngodokotela;

- Gwema ukudla izinto ezivusa amadlingozi, utshwala noma izidakamizwa, ezingase zibangele ukuquleka;

- Funda ukuphatha ingcindezi ukuze ukhawulele izinto eziyimbangela noma uphazamise inkinga lapho iqala (ukuphumula, i-yoga, ezemidlalo, amasu okuzindla, njll.);

- Yamukela indlela yokuphila enempilo: ukudla okunempilo, ukuvivinya umzimba njalo, ukulala okupholile…;

- Thola ukwesekwa kwabelaphi (udokotela wengqondo, isazi sokusebenza kwengqondo), kanye nezinhlangano zabantu abanenkinga efanayo yokukhathazeka, ukuze uzizwe ungedwa futhi uzuze ezelulekweni ezifanele.
