Wenza kanjani amakhukhi we-gingerbread
 

Ungathola njalo izindlela zokupheka zendabuko zawo wonke umcimbi, umcimbi noma iholide. Unyaka Omusha kanye noKhisimusi nakho. Ngaphandle kwemenyu yonke yezitsha ezahlukahlukene, kukhona namakhekhe wendabuko. Amakhukhi we-gingerbread sekuyisikhathi eside abe uphawu lwamaholide asebusika; Kuyathakazelisa kakhulu ukuwapheka, okubandakanya izingane kule nqubo. Nayi iresiphi enhle yalokhu:

Uzodinga: Amaqanda ama-2, i-150 gr. ushukela, 100 gr. ibhotela, 100 gr. uju, 450 gr. ufulawa, 1 tsp. i-powder yokubhaka, 1 tsp. izinongo zesinkwa se-ginger, 1 tsp. i-ginger entsha egayiwe, i-zest yesigamu selamula.

Inqubo:

- Sishisa uju, ushukela nebhotela ebhavini lamanzi, konke kufanele kuncibilike kuhlangane;

 

- Susa kubhavu wamanzi bese ufaka amaqanda, i-lemon zest, ujinja. Hlanganisa konke kahle;

- Hlanganisa ufulawa ne-baking powder nezinongo, engeza uju bese uxove inhlama;

- Vala inhlama ngefilimu yokudla bese ushiya ekamelweni lokushisa imizuzu engama-30;

- Thuthukisa itafula ngofulawa bese ukhipha inhlama kancane, cishe ngo-0,5 cm;

- Sika amakhukhi we-gingerbread, ufake ishidi lokubhaka elimbozwe ngephepha lokubhaka, ubhake ku-180C cishe imizuzu eyi-10;

- Hlobisa isinkwa sejinja esiphelile ukunambitha.
