Amafutha emifino ephunga elimnandi azokhanyisa noma yisiphi isidlo, ikakhulukazi isaladi. Futhi ukwethula ibhodlela lamafutha anuka kamnandi njengesipho kuwumqondo omuhle! Uwenza kanjani amafutha anongiwe?

Uzodinga: 

  • Amafutha omnqumo (okungcono kakhulu okumsulwa) - 1 litre
  • Amakhambi ashisayo (njenge-oregano) - ama-sprigs ama-3
  • I-pepper eyomile (encane) - ama-2 ama-pcs. 
  • Imbewu yesinaphi - 1 tsp 
  • I-pepper emnyama - 1 tsp
  • I-Allspice - 1 tsp 

Ukulungiselela: 

1. Okokuqala, vala ibhodlela ukuze uthole amafutha esikhathi esizayo.

 

2. Gaya imbewu nopelepele kancane bese uthela ebhodleleni, ufake upelepele lapho, ungawusika kancane ngommese ukuze udedele ijusi.

3. Thela amafutha ebhodleleni bese unyakazisa. Hlanza imifino ngezandla zakho bese wehlisela ngobumnene ebhodleleni.

4. Vala ibhodlela bese ulibeka esiqandisini ukuze ulifake.
