Izakhiwo eziwusizo ze-kohlrabi

I-Kohlrabi iyilungu lomndeni wemifino ye-cruciferous futhi ihlobene neklabishi, i-broccoli, i-cauliflower, namahlumela aseBrussels. Nakuba le mifino ibonakala njengempande, empeleni “isiqu esivuvukele” esimila ngaphezu komhlabathi. Ukuthungwa kwe-kohlrabi kuyefana nalokho kwe-broccoli, kodwa kumnandi futhi kuthambile ngokunambitheka, okunothombo lwesithombo.

Bancane, bamnandi futhi bathambile kulesi sigaba, futhi izinhlobonhlobo ezinsomi zimnandi kunohlaza.

Ngemuva kokuthenga, udinga ukusika amaqabunga. I-Kohlrabi ayidingi ukugezwa ngaphambi kokuba imifino iye esiqandisini esikhwameni sepulasitiki. Ingagcinwa kanje isonto lonke.
