Indlela yokuheha indoda ku-yoga

Ukutshuza esibhakabhakeni, ukugibela amatshe, ukugibela i-raft emfuleni wasezintabeni… Indoda ivamise ukulungela ukuziphonsela “ezintweni ezihehayo” ezinjengama-whirlpool, lapho ithole umthamo wayo we-adrenaline. Kodwa uma umnikeza ikilasi le-yoga elingenacala ngemva komsebenzi, maningi amathuba okuthi uzwe into efana nokuthi, “Ima kancane, angiyenzi iyoga. Futhi ngokuvamile, lokhu kuyinto yabesifazane ... ". Futhi sonke siyazi ukuthi ukuzethemba kuyathandeka! Esinye isizathu sokuthi kungani i-yoga inenzuzo kuwo wonke umuntu (hhayi amadoda kuphela) ukuthi ikhulula ngempela ingcindezi ngemva kosuku olude emsebenzini. Kunzima ukucisha ubuchopho nokukhipha imicabango ekhanda lakho uma kunemisebenzi eminingi engaxazululiwe, imihlangano, izingcingo nemibiko ngaphambili, siyazi. Kodwa-ke, amakilasi ajwayelekile e-yoga azokuvumela ukuthi uthathe imizwa nokukhathazeka kwangaphakathi ngaphansi kokulawula. Qhubekani madoda!
