Veza imenyu yedina lothando

Silungiselele imenyu ebonakalayo yezitsha ongayilungisa ngemizuzu nje embalwa, futhi uzothokozisa othandiweyo wakho ngesidlo sasebusuku esimnandi.

I-Panna cotta

Uzodinga: 1 litre kakhilimu osindayo (kusuka ku-33%), 100-150 gr. ushukela, isikhwama sikashukela we-vanilla, 10 gr. i-gelatin, 60 gr. amanzi. Okwe-berry sauce: idlanzana lamajikijolo afriziwe, ushukela oluyimpuphu ukunambitha.

Ukulungiselela: Cwilisa i-gelatin ngo-60 gr. amanzi abandayo, uthele ushukela kukhilimu, qala ngamagremu ayi-100, uma ungenashukela ngokwanele, engeza amagremu angama-50 asele, engeza ushukela we-vanilla nokushisa emathunjini. Faka i-gelatin gruel kukhilimu oshisayo, uvuselele kahle. Thela inqwaba kwizikhunta noma izinkomishi ezihlukanisiwe, efakwe esiqandisini. Lungiselela i-berry sauce, yalokhu, shaya amajikijolo noshukela noma ushukela oluyimpuphu, ngenkathi ukhonza amasimu ngale sauce ye-panna cottu.

Isaladi le-Shrimp cocktail

Uzodinga: u-anyanisi obomvu 1/2 anyanisi, ilamula 1pc, uwoyela we-1 ithisipuni, imfanzi enkulu ehlutshiwe 400-500 gr, ukwatapheya 1pc, utamatisi 1pc, ikhukhamba 1pc, izigaxa ezimbalwa zeparsley zokuhlobisa, i-lime 1pc, isixha amahlamvu ka ulethisi, usawoti kanye nopelepele ukunambitha.

Ukulungiselela: usike kahle u-anyanisi, ucwebe imfanzi ebilisiwe, usike yonke imifino ibe ngamacube, udabule isaladi. Hlanganisa zonke izithako, inkathi ngamafutha omnqumo nejusi likalamula, usawoti kanye nopelepele ukunambitha. Faka isaladi ezingilazini ezibanzi bese uhlobisa nge-sprig ka-parsley.

I-Tagliatelle ne-mushroom sauce

Uzodinga: 160 gr. tagliatelle, 200 gr. ama-champignon, ama-shallots, ama-chives, i-160 ml yewayini elimhlophe elomile, ingcosana ye-thyme ne-rosemary, 200 ml kakhilimu 20%, 40 gr. ushizi weparmesan, amafutha omnqumo, usawoti.

Ukulungiselela: nquma u-anyanisi, usike ugarlic kanye gazinga emafutheni omnqumo kuze kube sobala, engeza iwayini, ukuhwamuke kancane phezu kokushisa okuphansi.

Sika ama-champignon abe izingcezu, engeza epanini, engeza izinongo, usawoti, uthele ukhilimu, ulethe ngamathumba bese ubila imizuzu engama-30. Faka i-parmesan egayiwe imizuzu embalwa kuze kube yithenda.

Bilisa i-tagliatelle emanzini anosawoti kuze kube yi-aldente, ukhiphe amanzi, engeza isoso, ugovuze. Beka amapuleti, ufafaze iParmesan ngaphezulu.
